INTERNAL AUDIT 360°
We are excited to invite you to the upcoming 14th International Conference of IIA Slovenia (hybrid mode), which will be held in beautiful Bled, in RIKLI BALANCE hotel (it will also be held virtually via ZOOM) on 24th and 25th April.
The conference will provide a unique opportunity for professionals in the internal audit field to gather and learn about the latest trends, best practices, and emerging issues in the industry.

Dear colleagues, esteemed guests,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 14th International Conference of IIA Slovenia! This year, we have chosen the theme “Internal Audit: 360 Degrees”, as we aim to highlight the full scope and complexity of our profession.
The role of internal auditors is constantly evolving. Today, we are not just guardians of compliance but also strategic advisors, risk managers, and key partners in achieving business excellence. The world we operate in is changing rapidly – from technological innovations and cybersecurity threats to new regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations. That is why it is essential that we can see from all angles, adapt, and advance.
This year’s conference brings an exceptional lineup of experts from Slovenia and abroad. We will explore topics such as the future of the internal audit profession, ethics and compliance, digitalization, cybersecurity, and the development of standards. We will also share experiences on how internal audit can create real value for organizations in practice.
I look forward to engaging discussions, insightful exchanges, and new perspectives that we will take away from this conference. I am confident that each of us will leave with fresh insights, new ideas, and, most importantly, renewed motivation for the road ahead.

CONTINUING PROFESIONAL EDUCATION POINTS
The participants can gain 13 CPE points (2 CPE in ethics). The conference will also have the translation into English language, where Slovenian presentations will be held. Translation will be available via ZOOM application.

REGISTRATION AND FEE:
- EUR 225/person including taxes for IIA Members (no matter which country)only (please send us your GAN to info@iia.si)
- EUR 300/person including taxes General Admission.
Please note that the conference fee covers two days virtual or in person attendance. For in person attendance in Bled price also includes the dinner on the first day of the conference.
The conference is organized by Združenje IIA – Slovenski inštitut. Sending the registration is regarded as an order and brings about payment liability. Payments by bank transfer must be made free of charges to the beneficiary using the following bank account information:

NO REFUND after 21st April, 2025.
Requests for refunds must be in writing to info@iia.si . Registrations are transferable at no additional cost. Name substitutions are accepted in writing only (email is acceptable) to the email info@iia.si.Once the reservation has been made correctly, you will receive the appropriate payment instructions to the e-mail address provided. Conference fee can be paid by bank transfer. If the payment is not received, the registration is invalid.

Participants have accommodation options from two providers:
Sava Hotels & Resorts offers rooms in six hotels in Bled. In the official conference hotel, Rikli Balance Hotel, and Hotel Park, reservations are available at a special rate for our participants (special rate reservations are accepted until March 15, 2025). The IIA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
